MFMII Kinder Choir
Nurture a Love of Music Through Singing, Movement, and Joy with the MFMII Kinder Choir !
MFMII established a Kinder Choir two years ago so they are already on their way to becoming a new MFMII Ambassador of Song!
The Kinder Choir is open to talented Kindergarteners(age 5-6). If they are interested in learning group singing, playing musical instruments and doing simple choreography, Kinder Choir is a right choice. Maximum 25 choir members.
The choir is formed twice during the academic year (September-December and January-May) and meets for weekly lessons.
Performances for Friends and Families at Winter and Spring concerts.
$150 per child, per semester (September-December and January-May).

Meet the Director
Ashwini Konambi
Ashwini Konambi is a dedicated music educator with a passion for inspiring young learners through music and performance. She holds an MBA in Marketing from India and began her professional journey in the banking sector before moving to the US, where she pursued her passion for Art and Education.
With over 8 years of dedicated involvement with MFMII, Ashwini has contributed as a Docent, Mentor, Recruitment Coordinator, and is now in her second year as Kinder Choir Director. She is committed to creating a positive and engaging environment where children can develop confidence and a love for music.
Trained in classical Carnatic music, Ashwini has been involved in music from a young age and has participated in numerous competitions during her school and college years. She also brings over 10 years of experience as a dance instructor and currently teaches at Riar Academy of Performing Arts (RAPA) in the Bay Area, focussed in Bollywood & Kathak style of dancing. Outside of her work, Ashwini enjoys traveling, gardening, hiking, and baking custom cakes for special occasions.
